SO LETS DO IT!!
Ev Moreno is an award-winning fitness professional, community health advocate and Director of Soul For Life Ltd, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to making physical activity more accessible, particularly for older adults and people living with chronic conditions.
Following a successful career spanning more than two decades in the technology industry, Ev pursued her passion for health, movement and helping people live well as they age.
Recognised as AUSactive’s 2026 Student of the Year, Ev now works across strength and conditioning, group fitness, indoor cycling and Pilates-inspired movement, with a particular interest in functional strength, mobility and maintaining independence.
Ev believes movement is medicine – not simply as a way to improve fitness, but as a means of building confidence, maintaining physical capacity and supporting quality of life.
At the UCARF fundraising dinner, Ev will share her perspective on the power of movement while celebrating the generosity of the Ulysses Club community and its continued investment in rheumatoid arthritis research.
